GB Group takes a proactive approach to promoting best practice and consumer privacy to its customers. We have been careful to address issues of privacy and freedom of information in our product development. Steps have also been taken to protect the information processed and maintained on consumers through our DataManagement services.
- GB Group is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, who's mission is to raise the stature of the direct marketing industry - giving the consumer trust and confidence in direct marketing (www.dma.org.uk).
- GB Group uses the codes and guidelines from the Data Protection Act, Advertising Standards Authority, Direct Marketing Association, Direct Mail Accreditation & Recognition Centre and Mailing and Telephone Preference Service.
- Each customer of GB Group will have their own perspective on issues dependent on the way they wish to apply the data to their own business. Any concerns that customers or prospective customers may have can be taken up with GB Group Plc or the appropriate authority.
Users of the GB Group web site can be assured that the protection of privacy and confidentiality is given the highest priority. All personal information that is collected, held and used complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.
GB Group does not collect any individual identified information from web site visitors other than information that is knowingly and voluntarily given. The only anonymous information collected is the number of users visiting the site and which are the most popular areas of the site.

The information collected will be used to contact you with further relevant communications, however you can inform GB Group at any time if you no longer require information to be sent.
